My wife Christy and I came to Newark in 2003 with our son and daughter after answering the call into the pastoral ministry. Little did we know what was ahead of us. We were welcomed with open arms, and the love was unfathomable. As the church began to grow, we were both spiritually and lovingly united in Christ to a new family.

Through these years we have met many wonderful people, experienced the power, grace, mercy, favor and love of God first-hand in many new areas of our lives and have been so blessed to see God save souls, restore realtionsips, mend broken marriages, hearts, and friendships and perform miracles in the lives of many within our church as well as those in the community.

As the pastor of Newark Lighthouse, I would like to give you my personal invitation to, as Jesus said in John 1:39, "Come and see" what's going on at Newark Lighthouse, and meet a family of believers who are the most forgiving and accepting people I know. People who would like to share both their love and experiences in Christ with you. A congregation who will accept you "JUST AS YOU ARE"!

I pray that you will consider this invitaion, and know that God loves you and my heart is open to you.
